Madar (Algiers) - Seven OPEC+ countries, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Kazakhstan and Oman, decided to keep their oil output unchanged in December 2026 for a third consecutive month at an online meeting on Sunday, November 1, according to an OPEC statement reported by the Saudi Gazette.

"The seven participating countries decided to maintain September 2026 required production for December 2026," the statement said, after a review of global market conditions and outlook. The countries reiterated their collective commitment to full conformity with the Declaration of Cooperation.

In September they kept October levels at September's, after agreeing in August to raise output by 188,000 barrels per day for September.

The newspaper said the decision confirmed expectations that no further policy adjustments would come before next year amid export disruptions linked to the US-Iran war. The seven countries will next meet on November 29, 2026.
