Dust is expected to reduce visibility on Tuesday, 13 October, in Hodh Ech Chargui, Hodh El Gharbi, Tagant and northern Trarza, Mauritania's national weather office forecasts. The Mauritanian News Agency carried the bulletin on Monday evening.
Light to moderate northeasterly winds are forecast across the country, with a slight increase in temperatures along the southern belt and in central Mauritania.
For the bulletin's twenty-four-hour period, Nouakchott has a forecast high of 36°C and a low of 26°C, compared with 29°C and 21°C in Nouadhibou. Highs of 39°C are expected in Kiffa and Kaédi, with respective lows of 26°C and 28°C.
