The General Delegation for National Solidarity and the Fight Against Exclusion, TAAZOUR, provided support on Sunday to 200 families affected by floods and rainfall in the Kankoussa district of the Assaba region.
TAAZOUR’s Delegate General, Sidi Moulay Zeine, oversaw the launch of the operation in the presence of Assaba Governor Ahmedou Ould Akhtira, along with local, administrative, security and military officials.
The delegation said the intervention aimed to help affected families and alleviate the impact of rainfall and floods, in line with President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani’s directives on social solidarity and supporting citizens in difficult circumstances.
