Madar (Nouakchott) - The Presidency has announced the appointment of Mohamed Lemine Ould Reggani as an adviser to the Presidency, by a decree issued on Wednesday.
Ould Reggani previously served as health minister. He also worked at the Central Bank of Mauritania and was an economic adviser at the Presidency during the 2006-2007 transition.
In October 2025, he was appointed director general of the Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company, having previously served as a chargé de mission in the Prime Minister's office.
