The finance and budget committee of Algeria’s National People’s Assembly met on 11 October to organise its review of the 2027 finance bill, the Assembly said. The process includes a government presentation, hearings with central directors and examination of the proposed measures.
A copy of the draft examined by Awras, which published details on 9 October, puts proposed spending at about 17.9 trillion dinars. The legislation remains a bill under review.
